Senior Change and Delivery Officer - fixed term for 1 year
Waverley Court

Salary: £42,717 - £50,550
Hours: 36 per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Change and Delivery team, working to deliver high priority programmes that support the implementation of the Council’s Business Plan and Medium Term Financial Plan

We are looking for people who have a passion for change, who enjoy a fast-paced project management environment and wants to be part of change and transformation in the public sector, improving services for the people of Edinburgh.

An experienced project and / or change manager, you will work as part of a team to develop, manage and implement high profile projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, will be outcome focused and will maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, We are looking for candidates with experience of:

• building robust business cases to support the need for and viability of change

• building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

• planning and organisation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• communicating well at all levels in writing and in person and being able to analyse and distil complex information for a variety of audiences.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
