The City of Edinburgh Council are looking to recruit a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to support the Fleet Workshops department in the full maintenance, servicing and upkeep of a diverse range of HGV and Light commercial vehicles refuse collection vehicles, street cleansing sweepers, cars and vans.
The post holder will work as part of team maintaining a number of assets both Council owned and equipment for external customers. The Council is looking for a time served individual with an extensive background in maintaining either heavy goods or passenger commercial vehicles.

In return we can offer:
- Starting salary of £30,751 rising to £36,312 on a contract of 36 hours per week.
- 27 days annual leave plus public holidays rising to 35.
