Job Description

The Team Leader, Planned Works and Compliance, (Public Buildings) is accountable to the Senior Manager (Property) and is responsible for the management of the professional staff, craft operatives, consultants and contractors required to deliver the service. The jobholder is responsible for evaluating activities and working methods and re-prioritising within established parameters and will be directly responsible for the implementation of personnel practice and procedures within their service area.

 As a member of the Property Service, the Team Leader, Planned Works and Compliance, (Public Buildings) will work collaboratively with other Team Leaders, Senior Managers and the Strategic Director to support overall strategic and operational leadership of service delivery ensuring that the services provided are fit for purpose
