You will have elementary food hygiene and intermediate food hygiene or the willingness to undertake.Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all activities in a small kitchen and its surrounds connected with the provision of a catering service.The Individual
You will have experience of catering, menu planning, ordering and quantifying. Good time management, ability to work under pressure and good written and verbal skills are essential.
You will have the ability to work weekends and also be available for additional training.
