Risk Management Centre Operator

Job Purpose

To operate all Risk Management Centre equipment to provide an effective and efficient service to users of the Centre.

Requirements

The duties of this post requires access to the public sector network and therefore the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. A formal offer of employment with East Ayrshire Council will only be made once satisfactory clearance has been received. Any information that is disclosed on a basic disclosure will require to be discussed before a formal offer of employment is made.

Responsibilities

This is a temporary post until 31st December 2025 based at the Risk Management Centre, London Road, Kilmarnock.

The hours of duty will be an average of 37 hours per week. The work pattern is as follows:-

2x12hr days, 2x 12hr nights then +4 days off

The salary for this post is £26,147 - £27,436 plus a 17% shift allowance.
