Protective Services delivers a number of key regulatory and statutory services including Trading Standards, Environmental Health, Anti-social Behaviour and Emergency Planning. This post is a new and  exciting opportunity to join the service and support the management team in re-shaping the way we deliver our services to ensure our processes are streamlined, agile and providing best value for our communities.

Working alongside a Development Assistant, there will be a clear focus on driving a culture of continuous improvement and lean, efficient processes.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a pro-active and innovative approach to service improvement while aligning to corporate objectives. You will have experience in carrying out systematic review of business activities and processes and a knowledge of digital and software solutions.
