An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Service Development Team.  We're looking for an enthusiastic customer-focussed person to join our team and contribute to providing an excellent Housing service to our tenants and customers. You will be required to manage an effective performance management and self-assessment framework for the Community Housing and housing related services and embed a performance management culture. Effective performance management is key to good Housing Service delivery.  This role is vital in ensuring we make accurate and timely performance returns to the Scottish Housing Regulator, the Scottish Government and Scotland's Housing Network as well as monitoring our own performance to continually improve the service we provide.

Home Working Consideration

Job Details

To introduce and manage an effective performance management and self-assessment framework for the Community Housing and Property Management’s housing related services within the Division.

To embed a performance management culture within the Division.

To monitor performance against operational targets.

To assist in the analysis of performance management information and help identify solutions for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Housing or suitable relevant alternative and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.

Driving Licence
As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*
