The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week). Part-time hours will be pro-rated accordingly.

Hourly rate of pay: £26.91 - £30.30

Days and Hours of Work:
Working 4 days a week throughout Monday - Friday, 28 hours.
Days of working are negotiable, flexi time is applicable, and starting and finishing times are flexible.

Job Details

Facilitating the delivery of strategic change and improvement within Adult Social Work Services. This includes the following functions: workforce development, reviewing, performance management, care governance, quality assurance, participation and engagement, policy development, commissioning and financial monitoring and projection.

To provide support to Adult Social Work Services including administrative services, process and system improvement, and corporate functions including business continuity and risk management.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to degree level in Social Work.
With previous experience of managing teams.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
