East Renfrewshire Council are seeking a graduate quantity surveyor, ideally with some practical experience, to assist the Technical Services team with a varied programme of works.

Working with Team Leaders, Quantity Surveyors, Technicians, and under your own initiative, you will provide cost advice and billing services (pre and post contract), and assist in financial administration of projects on sites, liaising with client representatives, and substitute for quantity surveyors as directed.

Support towards gaining your Chartership (or towards Technical Membership) of the RICS will be provided in the form of varied experience, mentoring, and training.
