Are you:
- looking for an exciting opportunity where no two days are the same
- a true generalist HR professional
- solution focused
- a relationship builder
- a self-starter
- a leader of change
- a Chartered member of CIPD
If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an established HR professional to work within the HR Business Partner Team, supporting the Education department on a fixed term basis to support a period of increased demand in service delivery over the next 20 months.
Joining a friendly, dedicated Education HR business support team, and part of the wider central HR function, this is a key role supporting managers in our schools, early years establishments and the wider education department, providing advice and support across the full spectrum of HR matters, alongside organisational change, transformation and service reviews.
Working autonomously, you will also have the opportunity to support the management of HR cases proactively, in line with relevant policies, to deliver outcomes in line with organisational values.
Consideration would be given to anyone wishing to undertake a secondment from partnership organisations, such as, but not limited to local government, leisure trusts and the NHS.
Please note that Chartered Membership of the CIPD is essential and applicants without this will not be shortlisted.
*Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
