We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioner, who will work with the current (part-time) Team Manager, to lead and support service delivery and provide high quality support and supervision to team members in our East Locality Adult Community Care Team.
As a Team Manager, you will work as part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Health and Social Care services, both locally and nationally.
Applicants must have professional qualification in Social Work (Dip SW or equivalent) and significant experience in Adult Support and Protection, as well as supervising and managing workers.
