- Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure changing rooms, poolside areas, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
- Support staff development and act as a mentor for new team members.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a current STA or RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification (certificates will be verified at interview).
- Previous experience working within a leisure, fitness, or aquatic environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Desirable Requirements
- First Aid qualification.
- Pool Plant Operator qualification.
- Experience supervising or leading a team.
- Knowledge of leisure centre operations and procedures.

- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Reliability and strong organisational skills.
