A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Quality Assurance and Development Officers within the children and family social work service in Fife. We have two full time, permanent vacancies.
The service is going through a period of transformational change as we seek to embrace and embed The Promise in Fife. We have a strong commitment to improvement and the development of services to realise The Promise.
The post holder will be integral in in ensuring that practice and service provision is shaped and influence by the voice of families in Fife communities as well as demonstrating effectiveness in meeting the needs of families and ensuring optimal outcomes. Fife has been ambitious in its commitment to delivering the Promise and we are seeking additional staff to assist us consider, embed and realise change.
Based in Glenrothes (other bases can be considered), working 36 hours per week on a permanent full time basis with a salary of £38,614 to £46,065
