Administration Assistant - (Temporary)

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen with the Community Alarm service to cover a maternity leave post in the Admin Team.

The role will include receipting Telecare referral, creating Service User resident and dwelling records for call handling, arranging installation/repair & uplift of telecare devices. Liaising with service users & their representative, equipment suppliers and installers/technicians/Alarm Centre staff & Response teams

A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel) is desirable along with good telephone manner and an ability to work on your own and as part of a team.  

These posts are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).

This post is temporary for a period up to 6 months.
