Administrative Assistant

Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Administration Assistant within the Community Equipment Service, where you will report to the Senior Administration Officer.

The main duties and responsibilities will involve the provision of a comprehensive administration service including the maintenance of management systems, call handling, arranging delivery/uplift of community equipment, ordering stock and dealing with general enquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, possessing strong inter-personal and organisational skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently. You will have a good understanding of IT systems and have the ability to deliver a customer focused service to the Equipu partners, service users and internal customers.

These posts are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
