Are you interested in working for the largest local authority in Scotland, in partnership with the NHS, to help improve the health and wellbeing of our community? Then, you are in the right place!
At Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP) we are the first point of contact for all Social Work referrals, working closely with members of the public and professionals. Our service spans across Adults, Older People, Children & Families, Non Offence Referral Management Team (NORM) and Homelessness.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be working in a fast-paced office environment carrying out a range of tasks including call handling, dealing with customer enquiries, gathering and processing referral information. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining relevant IT systems and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Due to the nature and sensitivity of our work, we are looking for individuals who display an empathetic and enthusiastic approach to their work whilst delivering excellent customer service in both a professional and polite manner. If that sounds like you, why not apply?
Our organisation offers numerous opportunities for promotion. Additionally, if you're successful in your job application you'll have access to these generous benefits, which include:
• 26 days (182 hours) paid annual leave, rising to 29 days (203 hours) after 5 years’ service
• 12.5 days (87.5 hours) paid public holidays each year
• Promotion prospects
• Pension Scheme
• Staff Benefit Scheme
These roles are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
Interviews will likely take place week beginning 7th December 2026.
