Senior Officer (Property Development) - (Temporary)

Job Description

The post sits within the Property section of the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) and will assist in supporting the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board (IJB) and HSCP to meet its statutory requirements and business needs across its health and social care system and within its wider Corporate parent organisation systems.

The post holder will assist in the management and oversight of a broad spectrum of property matters primarily involving the delivery of capital and revenue funded projects across Children & Families, Homelessness/Asylum, Addictions and Justice Services.

In addition the postholder will assist in developing access to social care housing and land (for Capital development opportunities) through the Social Care Housing Investment Priorities route.

These posts are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).

This post is temporary for a period up to 12 months.
