Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager in our Homelessness Service. Applicants should note in addition to the management and development of homeless city wide services this includes: Residential Services, Housing First Services and Homelessness Accommodation Services.
We are looking for applicants who possess and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of statutory responsibilities and relevant legislation along with an ability to lead and manage people and resources. The role will involve the review, reform and redesign of the current cohort of homeless city wide services. Consequently, experience in service review, reform and redesign would be desirable as would experience of change and programme management.
Applicants must possess strong leadership skills and have substantial experience of people, financial and resource management, including performance management in an operational setting as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to CPD. An ability to operate corporately across a range of systems would be necessary in tandem with assisting towards a single system of care and approach.
