Job Description
Applications are being invited for the role of Business Support Officer based within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS).
Working as part of a team, you will provide business support to the NRS Directorate and Senior Management Team.
You will be responsible for supporting our leaders across the service. This will include all aspects of diary management and meeting support, including co-ordination of meeting papers and minute taking, inbox management, resolving and responding to queries and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a motivated professional that has first class organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
You will be a team player who can work well with colleagues at all levels and able to work equally well on your own using your initiative You will attend meetings with senior colleagues and represent the team in a professional manner.
