Commercial Analyst Assistant - (Re-advertisement)

Job Description

Based in Corporate Procurement, within the Chief Executive’s Department and reporting to the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for undertaking research and analysis of spend data sets to assist in embedding effective cost saving or demand reduction initiatives to assist with budget reductions and maximise value for the council.

You will have a good working knowledge of finance and purchasing systems (e.g. SAP and Pecos or equivalent) and the associated reporting tools (e.g. SAP Business intelligence or equivalent).
