Job Description

Based in the Financial Inclusion & Transformation team within the Chief Executive’s Department, this post will contribute to our shared team ambition to eradicate poverty in Glasgow. The team works to mitigate poverty in the short term whilst at the same time facilitate change by fundamentally reframing future service provision, delivering the whole system change necessary to achieve this. 

As the Development Advisor, you will work alongside the Development Manager to support our innovative Child Poverty Pathfinder work, collaborating with multiple agencies to design and implement strategies that seek to eradicate poverty.    You will be at the forefront of work to shape and test new ways of working across government agencies, public and third sector partners, community organisations and with citizens.  You will be responsible for tracking the status of projects across the Pathfinder as well as supporting the broader goals of the Financial Inclusion and Transformation team.
