Job Description

Based in the Financial Inclusion & Transformation team within the Chief Executive’s Department, this post will contribute to our team ambition to eradicate poverty and deliver whole system change.  The team works to mitigate poverty in the short term whilst at the same time facilitate change by fundamentally reframing future service provision.

As a Holistic Support Officer within our No Wrong Door Test of Change team, you will provide direct person centred support to citizens in need of support.   You will work with citizens directly to identify support, develop care plans and facilitate the delivery of agreed actions.  You will work from a range of locations including in partner or community venues, Council premises or at home.  Interactions may take place over the phone, online or in person.
