Job Description
Are you an experienced HR practitioner with a passion for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and a drive to support a culture where differences are valued, and everyone is treated with respect.
If so, you might be the person we’re looking for to join our Corporate HR Team to support the delivery of our Employment Equality Diversity & Inclusion Strategy at an organisational and operational level.
Alongside your HR experience you’ll be confident and diligent with excellent communication skills, bringing with you, your knowledge of ED&I approaches, the Equality Act and Public Sector Equality Duties and experience of delivering outcomes to create inclusive workplaces.
You’ll review our Employment ED&I Action Plan and work with a variety of stakeholders and our employee networks to take action to meet agreed outcomes, as well as providing advice and guidance on ED&I to leaders and managers, you’ll use data to inform and evaluate activity and evidence outcomes.
