Job Description
Position: Lead Practitioner of Attainment
Annual Salary: £37,590.25 - £43,771.71 per annum
About the Role: In this role you will be part of the management team within the nursery to support with the effective delivery of high-quality early learning and development. You will role model and promote practice throughout the establishment which is balanced and based on the curriculum principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the effective delivery and development of the curriculum to raise attainment.
• Supporting the delivery of collegiate practice and teamwork across the establishment.
• Integrating family learning within the curriculum across both the establishment and home environment.
• Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating plans and programmes to ensure the learning and care needs of all service users are being met.
• Liaising and co-ordinating services with relevant partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families.
What We Seek:
• Evidence of relevant experience within an ELC setting(s) and proven capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
• Highly motivated with leadership and influencing qualities to support delivery of a high quality ELC service.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of children’s learning and development at early level.
• Expertise in delivering the ELC curriculum appropriately and effectively including the ability to track learning.

• What We Offer:
• Annual Salary of £37,590.25 - £43,771.71 per annum per annum
• 35 hours per week to be worked flexibly on a rota basis between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
