Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for 2 Neighbourhood Coordinators to join our Neighbourhood Liaison Team on a permanent basis.
NRS brings together a diverse range of Glasgow City Council operational, technical and development services that focus on sustainable transport, place making and delivering essential city services.

Position Details
The Neighbourhoods Liaison Team work closely with residents, communities, elected members, and partners to ensure we are delivering the right service at the right time, and critically work with communities to improve their neighbourhood.
We are looking for team players with a passion for improving lives by enhancing our customers environments and experiences. You should be completely customer focused, and take a proactive approach in engaging communities, customers and colleagues that will help shape how we deliver services.
Evidence of personal development is essential, whilst a relevant degree/qualification (e.g., social sciences, community development, etc.) and relevant experience in similar fields is desirable.
The successful candidate will take ownership of their designated neighbourhoods and regularly inspect and monitor service delivery and provide improvement plans that will allow you to work with operational colleagues to implement changes and improvements.

Contract Details
Weekly Hours: 35
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (on occasion, there is a requirement to attend meetings out-with normal office hours)
Annual Salary: £33,700.21 - £39,251.78 on an incremental scale
