Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for a Partnerships and Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our ChoiceWorks programme on a fixed-term basis until 31 March 2026.

NRS brings together a diverse range of Glasgow City Council operational, technical and development services that focus on sustainable transport, place making and delivering essential city services.

Position Details

Our ChoiceWorks programme supports adults who have come in conflict with the law to offer a range of Case Management, Intervention, Training, and Employability support through a person-centred programme to create bespoke opportunities for individuals to support them to reach their potential. The Quality Assurance and Partnership Coordinator will lead on our quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with funding audits and create processes for clients to help benchmark our programmes success by coordinating our client involvement.

The postholder will have a proven track record of managing partnerships, demonstrate the ability to involve clients in shaping service delivery and have a history of working with clients from a vulnerable background. As part of our funding agreements, the programme has committed to achieve the “Working Together for a Fairer Glasgow Quality Standard” which the successful candidate will lead on.

Excellent communication skills is required, as is the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages and deliver presentations.

Contract Details

Weekly Hours: 35

Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Annual Salary: £40,797.53 - £47,477.60 on an incremental scale
