Job Description
Glasgow City Council Property and Land Strategy lays out the strategic framework for the transformation of the Council Property and Land assets.
As the Project Officer within the Property Asset Management team, you will play an integral role in the Council's successful People Make Glasgow Communities Programme and drive forward other Property Asset Management projects with the Assistant Group Manager. Applicants should refer to the Property and Land Strategy to inform their application.
This is an exciting opportunity to fulfil a key role within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability (NRS) in Scotland’s largest local authority. You should have the ability to work in fast paced environment, frequently under pressure and be able to communicate, collaborate and influence people at all levels including senior professionals stakeholders. You will be a first-class communicator and a natural relationship manager whilst demonstrating excellent project management skills. You will have an appreciation and understanding of working within a political environment. You will be educated to degree level and able to evidence continual professional development.
