Job Description

City Chambers Management provides reception facilities for the City Chambers and other city centre premises. 
The Receptionist is one of a team and will be required to work alongside the existing reception staff to provide overlapping coverage for the opening hours of the premises which is from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday.  Contractual overtime  (21 hours per annum) will be required for pre-planned events.
Receptionist will work under general instruction, maintain a high standard of customer care and be able to provide an all-encompassing reception service.
