A number of exciting opportunities have arisen due to a significant organisational restructure.
We are seeking a driven and resourceful executive with a proven ability to lead and inspire. You will have a clear and compelling vision to build an outstanding primary and early years education service.
The Highlands of Scotland are unique, with a stunning diverse geography covering 26,484 sq km. We are ambitious for our children and with overall responsibility for 179 primary schools and over 200 ELC settings across urban, remote and rural areas.
You will be innovative, with an ability to see challenges as opportunities thus ensuring all our children are nurtured and flourish.
You will deliver robust strategic direction and engagement with Headteachers, partners, stakeholders and develop a positive and effective interface with elected members.
You will be joining a dynamic Council, located in a unique part of the country, a removal and relocation package of up to £6,500 is available.
