Location: Lochaber Roads Department
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: HC4 £24,935 – £27,436 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose:
- Carry out road and winter maintenance duties as directed.
- Drive HGV vehicles including Snow Ploughs.
- Potential to be involved in other community works activities such as grounds maintenance, Burials, street sweeping and refuse collection.

Requirements
Possession of Driving Licence for LGV, Category C and C + E. However, if an applicant has other attributes to offer the Council in relation to Roads Maintenance then training may be given to assist the applicant to gain his LGV licence.
