Job Purpose:

To assist with ensuring that engineering related service contracts and minor maintenance works and services carried out by, or on behalf of The Highland Council are delivered safely and effectively managed across the Council’s built estate.

To assist with the regular reporting on the performance of engineering service contracts.

To assist with the development of standards for the specification, design and management of engineering services

Requirements

Minimum of HNC in a finance or business-related discipline and relevant experience 
at a suitable level in contract administration of maintenance contracts relating to non domestic/public buildings.

Knowledge of the CDM Regulations, Asbestos Management Legislation, relevant Approved Codes of Practice, Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work 
locations within Highland to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
