Job Purpose: To support effective corporate performance management and continuous improvement within the Council as part of the Corporate Performance Team. To ensure performance systems are updated to enable effective monitoring and reporting of corporate performance. Contribute as a facilitator for self-assessment and continuous improvement approaches.

Requirements
Experience of project management or significant experience working in a performance management systems environment. More than 5 years experience working with performance management systems.
Evidence of higher education and/or a continuing commitment to personal development.
