Job Description

Post Title: HR Analyst
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term for 18 Months 
Salary: £32,814 - £36,727 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The HR Analyst plays an important role in supporting the Senior HR Analyst by preparing HR data, metrics, and statistics, including the compilation of workforce management data and HR business intelligence.

Requirements

Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel or Power BI and experience of administering computerised record systems.

Experience in processing and analysing complex data with meticulous attention to detail.
