Post Title:   Maintenance Technician
Location:     Alness, Ross & Cromarty                   
Hours:         37 hours per week     
Duration:     Permanent      
Salary:         £25,877 - £28,436 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose:   To carry out routine and emergency repairs on an all trades basis (excluding electrical) to Housing & Non-Housing Council Properties in the Ross & Cromarty area.

Requirements

A driving licence is essential to travel efficiently between various work locations in the area to meet the operational needs of the service.

Demonstrable experience of the ability to carry out minor repairs in joinery, masonry,  plumbing trades and labouring.
