Essential
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as business, finance or human resources.
• The post holder should bring experience of operating at a leadership and management level,
such that they can make an immediate contribution to the Senior Leadership Team and
positively impact on the effectiveness of the school's support services.
• A high level of competency in communication, presentational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills and practical facilitation skills.
• Experience of budget responsibility and monitoring
• Experience of managing staff
• Experience in resource/project management
Desirable
• A professional qualification in management, business, human resources, finance or other
relevant field.
• Experience of working in a school environment
• Knowledge and understanding of school governance and national education priorities.
• Knowledge of business planning and performance management

Based on you working 36 hours over 42 weeks per year the minimum actual salary for this position is £44,895.67 per annum.
Requirements
