North Ayrshire Council's employability and skills team are looking to recruit an Employability Ambition Agreement Key Worker to support care experienced young people to progress into positive destinations. Ambitious for our Young People this post will support care experienced youngsters to make a positive progression in their lives. As a key worker you will provide intensive support, both one-to-one and in group work sessions to identify and address barriers, access tailored support, training and learning opportunities that will lead to sustained progressions including employment. You will be part of a small Ambition Agreement team that forms part of the wider and well established employability and skills network in North Ayrshire that provides a wide ranging employability support across North Ayrshire.
