An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Child Poverty Strategy Team at North Ayrshire Council for an experienced and motivated Data Analyst to play a key role in a high-profile programme of public service reform focused on Whole Family Support. Funded through the Scottish Government Public Sector Reform Invest to Save Fund, this 12-month post will support a partnership-wide review of how services, systems, funding and data can work more effectively together.
At the heart of this work is a commitment to ensuring children and families receive joined-up, preventative support that responds to their needs, with services working together around families rather than families having to navigate multiple services themselves. This review is essential in continuing to support our efforts in reducing child poverty as well the implementation of The Promise. Working across North Ayrshire Council, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership, NHS Ayrshire & Arran, Third Sector and national partners, you will help build the evidence base needed to support transformational change and shape the future of Whole Family Support in North Ayrshire.
