Job Summary
Temporary for 18 months.
We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

As part of North Ayrshire Council’s Modern Apprentice Recruitment Process if, following interview, you are chosen as a Preferred Candidate, you must complete a 1-week pre-employment Course with one of our Employability Partners, before being issued with a Conditional Offer of Employment.
Are you aged 16 – 19 and looking to kickstart your career in the growing field of digital and analogue support in Health and Social Care? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to earn while you learn, gaining valuable experience in a supportive team. As a modern apprentice in the analogue to digital telecare team, you will support the implementation and maintenance of technology that helps people receive care in their own home. From digital telecare solutions to analogue systems, you’ll assist in ensuring seamless support for those who need it most. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and helping people, willingness to learn and develop new skills. The successful person must have strong communication and teamwork abilities. No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
You will get hands on experience in a growing industry and a nationally recognised qualification as well as working in a supportive working environment with mentoring. You will receive a competitive apprenticeship wage and have opportunities for career development.
