An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the pan Ayrshire Justice Services Partnership Delivery Team. We are looking for a an experienced, skilled and innovative individual to undertake the role of Partnership Service Manager within specialist Justice Services which operate across North, South and East Ayrshire. This post holder will oversee the management and implementation of specialist Justice interventions including the Caledonian System, Moving Forward Making Changes and Drug Testing and Treatment Orders and have knowledge and experience of these interventions. They will also have a clear vision for the ongoing strategic development of specialist Justice Services across Ayrshire to ensure that the service has effective arrangements for assessing and managing risk in all its aspects and offer guidance and clear direction to staff in the management of cases that pose significant risk and where there are complex needs. The post holder will have experience of managing and delivering safe justice services within a multi-agency framework and working collaboratively with other services. They will also have in depth knowledge of the causes of crime, effective methods for reducing offending behaviour and the ability to manage change within the context of the wider Justice landscape.
