An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School Based Social Work Team at Greenwood Academy. We are currently looking for a permanent part-time (26 hours) Social Worker to join our busy, bustling team. We are committed to strengths-based and innovative practice and particularly enjoy developing newly qualified Social Workers in their post-qualifying journey; however, we would also be delighted to welcome experienced practitioners onboard too. The team’s supportive morale and camaraderie sets us apart and complements our investment in improving the lives of the children and families within the community. We do this subscribing to frameworks such as the Promise, and Signs of Safety. We are currently implementing aspirations from Setting the Bar for protected caseloads within the Irvine Locality. The wider Partnership is heavily invested in the development of the community and staff per se; therefore, it is a great opportunity to come and work in North Ayrshire.
