KA Leisure is also leading the development of an innovative Community Health and Wellbeing Alliance on behalf of the North Ayrshire Community Planning Partnership. management, long term conditions, mental health and falls prevention.

Role Summary:

Job Purpose:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership across the HR function with a focus on operational sustainability and driving cultural transformation.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the business, and with key stakeholders. Utilise a business partnering approach to ensure efficient delivery of outcomes.
  • Provide professional guidance and support across all HR services, up to and including Board level.
  • Provide research, analysis, and project management expertise to support the organisation in achieving key objectives.
  • Lead reviews on HR systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure best practice and compliance.

You Must Have:

  • Chartered membership of the CIPD.
  • Experience of operating at Senior HR level.
