An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Education and Families Team.

The Empowering Clusters Model is recognised as a key function in ensuring integrated partnership working that is centred around the wellbeing of children and young people within their communities. Success in the realisation of this ambitious approach, will be the pivotal role of Cluster Improvement and

Integration Leads in helping embed and evolve this system.

The post will have responsibility for developing a strategic approach to cluster improvement by coordinating effective and strategic planning and support that provides greater opportunity for integrated practice, focused on the needs of children and families.

Confident and well developed leadership skills are key to this role and crucial in driving forward cluster improvement and integration to achieve excellence and equity for all children.

This is a great opportunity for a suitably qualified teaching professional, with experience of leading on a range of initiatives that have improved outcomes for children and young people at a local and national level. With a proven track record of successful and innovative teaching and learning, applicants will also have exceptional communication skills and a real desire to work collaboratively in order to deliver a common goal.
