Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our teams at Motherwell Concert Hall and Theatre and Airdrie Town Hall providing front of house support to arts and entertainment events. 

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist the management team to provide excellent frontline customer care and safety at events and shows within Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre and Airdrie Town Hall at a full range of events including theatrical shows, conference events, award ceremonies, rock/pop concerts, pantomime, etc.

Based at Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre and also Airdrie Town Hall, the post holder(s) will be responsible to the Front of House Supervisor.

Reporting to the Front of House Supervisor your main duties will including providing excellent customer care, involving but not limited to ensuring public safety, dealing with customer enquiries, ticket sales, sale of merchandise etc. On the job training will be provided. 

You should have previous customer service experience. You should also have excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team.

These are casual roles with no fixed hours or working pattern but applicants should be willing to work daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays and also be willing to attend training sessions.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
