An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, customer focused and confident individual to join our Facilities Support Services team. In this key role, you will assist in the effective and efficient support of projects and resources, cashless and catering online payments, customer complaints, carrying out audits and performance recording across our Catering, Cleaning, Janitorial and School Crossing Patrol services.
With an SVQ3/HNC/Apprenticeship or equivalent, in a relevant subject e.g. Catering, or Management, you will have extended work experience within a relevant field and be able to demonstrate continuous professional development.
To be a success in this role, you will have extended experience working within a facilities management environment, be able to demonstrate taking the lead in projects delivered within agreed timescales, have experience of dealing with customer complaints and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the catering industry. You should also have excellent organisational and IT skills and be an effective clear and succinct verbal communicator and concise written communicator. You must also have experience of providing management information and reports, and be able to demonstrate problem solving skills. Due to the varied nature of this role you must also have the ability to cope with multiple and changing demands and keep calm under pressure.
A knowledge of quality auditing and procurement, achievement of a food hygiene certificate, and operational knowledge of a cashless or online payment systems would be an advantage.
