Based in Coatbridge, you will work as part of the administrative support team providing an effective and efficient support service across community facilities. A key task of this role is undertaking scheduling to ensure adequate staff cover across community facilities within North Lanarkshire Council.
You will be responsible for undertaking administrative support tasks, reconciliation of cash and online payments and will use a variety of information systems daily inputting and extracting data including producing statistical reports.
You will have experience of working in an office environment, experience of IT and Microsoft packages and dealing with computerised data. Experience of scheduling and using facility booking systems would be advantageous.
With good customer care skills, you will be self-motivated with good communication and organisational skills, be able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative and be able to work well under pressure.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
