You will be reporting to the Service Manager for Early Learning and Childcare

Your working pattern will be 7 hours per week. We are happy to talk about flexible working and would consider term time working and also spreading the hours over more than one day.

The purpose of this role is to support the early years team with a range of administrative activities. This would include managing orders, supporting the service in gathering, maintaining and reporting data, gathering information about snack and milk spend, preparing and managing resources, organising travel bookings, early years diary management, including training activity, and supporting registration activities.

You will be familiar with Microsoft office packages.
