Customer Service Adviser – Expressions of Interest

7 hrs per week (Tuesdays)
Permanent

£31,356 - £31,995 pro rata
£17.18 - £17.53 per hour

You will be reporting to the Team Manager, Customer Services.

Expressions of interests are invited from existing team members for a one-day-per-week (Tuesdays) Customer Service Adviser position. This is an opportunity to increase your contracted hours by one day per week. If you’d like to be considered for this opportunity, please submit a supporting statement using the link below.

You’ll play an important role in delivering key Council services, from answering enquiries and processing payments to supporting applications and service requests. You’ll work as part of a supportive, positive team, focused on providing a great customer experience.

This post requires a Level 1 Disclosure.
