Examination & Facilities Officer
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 16:30

£27,853 - £28,455 / £15.26 - £15.59 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
UHI Orkney is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post. The postholder will manage and administer internal and external examinations and be responsible for the allocation and arrangement of facilities required for networked course delivery.
The postholder will also be responsible for room bookings and utilisation, facilities maintenance and provide reception and general administrative support.
Applicants must be educated to SCQF level 6/7 (e.g. SVQ3 or HNC) in an administration related subject or, where this is not held, have a minimum of 3 years’ previous relevant experience.
This post is subject to membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with children.
