HR Operations Support Officer

£27,853 - £28,455 pro rata / £15.26 - £15.59 per hour (including Distant Islands Allowance)
Do you have strong administrative skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and can you create and maintain positive relationships with people? Are you looking for your first step in an HR career or an interesting new development in your administrative work? If yes, then this is a great role for you.
You will be working closely with the HR Adviser team, providing managers with advice and guidance on Council establishment management and recruitment procedures and supporting the administration of these. You will be able to work as part of a small and busy team within a fast-paced environment. You must be able to prioritise your own workload and have a customer focused approach.
The minimum knowledge required for this role can be evidenced by either: holding an SVQ3 or other equivalent qualification at SCQF6/7 or, where this is not held, you should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or HR support role.
