The above amount includes shift allowance and Distant Islands Allowance.

You will be reporting to the Registered Manager.

Your working pattern is on a shift rota basis, including work on weekends and public holidays.

The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to older people in their own homes during night hours, ensuring their comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout your shift. Your work will include responding to care needs, offering reassurance and companionship, and supporting individuals with dignity and respect.

Based at The Sunnybrae Centre, you’ll work closely with colleagues and senior staff, taking initiative, sharing ideas, and contributing to a supportive team culture where everyone’s input is valued. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to develop their skills and confidence in care.
